Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
What if I haven't received my order within the expected timeframe?
If your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours. After this period, we may be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This includes changes to the shipping address or shipping method selected.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer hassle-free exchanges and returns. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate an exchange or return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

Yes, there is a nominal processing fee of ₹100 for returns, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
