Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Aumkara! We are committed to delivering your order with speed and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below:

  • Orders are dispatched and shipped within 48 hours and are typically delivered within 5-10 working days.
  • We offer COD (Cash on Delivery) on all orders with a COD fee of ₹50.
  • Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment tracking details. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left the warehouse.
  • Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
  • Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed online. For any cancellation, change of shipping address, or queries, please email us at aumkarafashions@gmail.com, and our customer support team will assist you.
